Refund Policy

✓ 30-day returns on eligible items

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Not a final sale or clearance item

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance and sale items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Customised or personalised items

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@blessedhouse.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a return authorisation within 1-2 business days
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@blessedhouse.com.au with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
